From Behind the Camera to Behind the Wheel
My journey began in commercial photography and advertising, thanks to a close friend who introduced me to the industry. I eventually built my own professional photography business, working with commercial and industrial clients to create regional and national ad campaigns. The creative freedom I found behind the lens sparked a lifelong passion for problem-solving through creativity and innovation.
Life took a turn when I started a family, leading me to a 26-year management career in the automotive industry. Every day brought new challenges, and I adapted my creative skillset to understand human behavior, solve problems, and lead teams effectively.
A New Chapter in Energy & Innovation
Today, I work as a Senior Project Manager in the energy sector, overseeing cutting-edge IT solutions for the nation’s largest public utility. This role has given me the opportunity to lead diverse technical teams in the deployment of leading-edge technologies. No matter the industry, my guiding principle has always been the same—strive to achieve success through creativity and innovation.
Bringing Creativity Home with Laser Engraving
Now, I’m embracing my next passion—laser engraving. What started as a way to support my daughter’s arts & crafts business quickly turned into something bigger. I’ve found immense joy and fulfillment in creating unique, personalized projects for friends, family, and customers.
This venture isn’t just a hobby—it’s the next step in my career evolution. I’m not ready to sit back and watch life pass by; I still need a purpose. Laser engraving checks all the boxes for me—it’s hands-on, creative, and deeply rewarding.
